Advent 2024 Book Study

We invite you to join us on Wednesdays in Advent as we gather to consider the waiting we are invited to during this important season. Together, we will read Dog in the Manger  by Tim Schenck.

The Rev. Tim Schenck is an avid coffee drinker, Episcopal priest, author, and creator of the wildly popular online devotion, Lent Madness (think saints doing battle in basketball-style brackets).

Tim serves as rector of the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida. He previously served parishes in Maryland, New York, and Massachusetts.

We'll gather on Wednesdays in Advent, (December 4, 11, and 18) in the church library for a soup lunch followed by conversation and discussion of the book.
